Responsibilities
  • Prof. Vidyasagar had participated in the strategic development of methods and techniques with executive management for 4 companies. He had the opportunity of training more than 800 medical sales representatives and around 100 managers.
    For over 30 years, he had the expertise to establish, serve and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders on project matters.
    As a Marketing head, he had provided leadership to the marketing team for 3 decades, ensuring clarity over plans and priorities, encouraging effective team work.
    For 4 companies, he was responsible for induction of staff, ensuring their familiarity with mandate values, quality standards, policies and program objectives and their individual responsibilities in upholding these standards and policies
Achievements
  • As a sales manager for HOECHST for 22 years, as the Group Product & Training Manager of Juggat Pharma for 5years, and as GM & Vice President of Sami Labs Ltd, a subsidiary of Sabinsa Corporation, USA, I was responsible for recruitment & training of field personnel. I had trained over 800 pharma personnel in my 25 years of service. As a free lance corporate trainer, I have trained more than 8000 personnel in over 120 organizations.
    The TNA process starts with the identification of the job role, the Key Result Areas -KRA, the career path and the soft skills need of the individual. Similarly for a team, the TNA process begins with the overall company's objectives, marketing objectives and growth objectives of the organization. For instance, when I conducted training courses for 382 field personnel of Juggat Pharma, Bangalore for a 52 weeks duration, I had made them in to 20 batches.
