Leading, directing, planning, organizing and managing with complete responsibility for the P&L of the business unit.
Core responsibility is to direct managers and directors (Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Commercial in defining goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve and evaluate those goals.
Identify new investment opportunities, increase penetration into international markets, continuously seek to align product portfolio to the new markets/ consumer needs.
Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
Increasing management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers.
Communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives.
