  • I) Operations Head of Leading Eye Care Center in Bangalore and Cluster Head for 5 other centers in the region.
    ii) Systems introduced for efficient Process in patient care, Consultant management on clinical ethics, P & L responsibility.
    iii) Mentoring 5 Center Heads, 185 employees and co-ordinating with 30 Ophthalmologists.
