  • CED Paint shop/Powder Coating/liquid painting/ABS painting Production for Cargo Bodies/Cabins/Tippers/Trailers etc
    ? Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters; developing capacity plan and work aid design for the plant.
    ? Performing line balancing & production monitoring for achieving timely and quality product; designing new work aids to reduce man time/ machine time to increase the production
    ? Formulating & executing project / production and manpower schedules / plans for smooth execution of projects at the shop floor within time & cost parameters.

    ? ETP and Water Treatment Plant Management (Zero Liquid Discharge)
    ? Providing water for domestic and manufacturing process
    ? Water management of ETP and STP
    ? Discharge and monitoring of waste water
    ? Maintaining and providing R.O. water for drinking and operational process.
    ? Handling Internal and external audits related to water man

    ? Achieved significant reduction in:
    o Rejection Percentage, Consumable Cost.
    ? Rear Axles manufacturing plant for Tata Motors Pantnagar and Boss Load Body/Tipper bodies manufacturing Plant with CED Process for Ashok Leyland Pantnagar.

    ? Completed the project of Modern Automated Paint Shop. Having PT/CED plant of capacity 1 Lac ltr, Top Coat painting, DM Plant, ETP plant. Fabrication line for sheet metal body shop for Cargo bodies and cabins.

    ? Completed the New project of Tipper Body Manufacturing plant for Ashok Leyland.

    ? Completed the New project of Cargo Bodies Fabrication/Painting for Daimler India (Bharat Benz) ltd Chennai
