Responsibilities
  • • In ICICI bank, there happens lakhs of transaction in a day, Out of which, using some applications, they (BIU team) generates exceptions (suspected transactions) we do call them alerts, using some rules.
    • Analyzing those alerts using some applications (Finacle, I-view, etc) to make sure whether these are genuine transaction or not. If we suspect anything we have to call customer and take confirmation about those transaction, if customer disputed those transaction then with the permission of customer we have to take proper action like temporarily or permanently blocking the customer’s card or account.
