Responsible for Maintaining Quality Standards, Hygiene & housekeeping. ? Shift man power planning and job allocation. ? Coordinate with Stores and Maintenance departments to organize the Packaging materials, Consumables, Machinery spares and Maintenance activities. ? Analyze the market returns and reports to the Dy.General Manager. ? Responsible for the Monitoring of PRPs, OPRs, CCP and GMP within my section. ? Providing training to all the Operators and workers about ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP etc. ? Responsible for monitoring the online procedures, day wise and month wise stock accounts. ?
