    ? Monitor the 5S at End of line on the shop floor.
    ? Monitor the Layered Process Audit and Update the status on the LPA board.
    ? Get a Root cause and Action plan of NC from respective persons in LPA.
    ? Quality concerns discuss with customers and Awareness given to the QA Inspectors and Operators.
    ? Ensure and verify the Machine parameter report, Operator issues tracking sheet and First off approval report at the End of line.
    ? Verify the Final inspection report as per spec at the End of line.
    ? End of line major issues is discussed and solved with inspectors and Team leader in shift meeting.
    ? Q-Point makes for a QN from the customer-end.
    ? ICA & PCA make a QN and ensure the process & End of line.
    ? Update the Finished Goods (FG) rechecking details for major concerns and QN from customer-end.
    ? Quality Notice (QN) update with the 8D report in SQTS.
    ? QA inspector doubts are cleared about inspection process
