Working with AXP Global Collections proprietary teams and Outside Agencies worldwide, across time zones and exhibit flexibility to work in a dynamic environment. • Partner Compliance, Legal, Customer Experience, Public Affairs, Portfolio managers and agency staff at all levels in whetting ideas, developing solutions and leading implementation and transformation. • Support requirement, conduct process Audit and provide support to AXP Audit processes or the Global Partner Network by adhering to AXP and regulatory requirements. • Dealing with process mapping, and implementation of projects that impact the Global Collections organization. • Collaborate with both internal and external partners for end to end written communication approval process.
