This presents final year project prototype with the use of PLC in automation industry
for packaging process. The main idea of the project is to design and fabricate a small
and simple conveyor belt system, and automate the process for packaging small items.
IR sensor were used to provide the information to the controller. Electrical DC motors
used to move the conveyor belt after get the orders from the control system. PLC
Bosch Rexroth IndraLogic L10 was used to control and automate the system by
ladder logic diagram software. The experimental result of the prototype was able to
fully automate the packaging system.

This project is built around an MRF24WBOMA Wi-Fi module, a PIC microcontroller
and a camera module using the TCP-IP protocol. The camera captures live picture or
video from remote location, which is transmitted wirelessly through the Internet and
can be viewed on a PC or laptop. Using this project we can take live pictures or video.
We can fix it in class rooms and we can monitor classes remotely, by we can monitor
lecture’s ability of teaching. And also we can save videos pictures for any future use.
