Responsibilities
  • • Category demand planning of finished goods manufactured in the factories both for water & solvent based products.
    • Distribution operations of FG’s from Regional Distribution Centers (RDC’s) to depots situated countrywide.
    • Order placement of vendor manufactured products to the contract vendors & monitoring dispatches from end to end.
    • Analyzing the Sales & stocks situations of products depot & region wise from QMIS (Quick Management Information Systems) reports.
    • Inventory management - Inflow of stocks to RDC’s to avoid stock outs situations & ensure no stock pile up at depot levels
    • Monitoring slow moving stocks at depot ends & plans of liquidating the same
    • Transportation Management – Planning of inbound & outbound logistics from factories to RDC’s, RDC’s to depots country wide. Releasing stocks & load calculation for FTL purposes.
    • Coordinating with C&F team for timely dispatch operations & planning trucks depot wise on priorities & urgencies.
