    Actual detail quantification from final dwg & preparing costing.
    Entering Estimation & costing in SAP
    Cost tracking with budget. Material reconciliation .
    Approving Bills for the payment process.
    Attending weekly and monthly performance review with Project Managers.
    Maintain team’s motivation and drive team to achieve targets.
    Ensuring 100% compliance as set by Company Policies.
    One point contact with different support functions such as CM, Arch, Purchase, Billing and Finance to ensure smooth process flow
