Responsibilities
  • 1) Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
    2) Monitor and maintain accurate statistics as it relates to the Decentralized Access Certification and Sailpoint Access Certification events performed on an annual or semi –annual basis. This includes performing risk based access reviews for applications and providing ETAM (Human Resource Supplemental Information) merges for access reviews / other ancillary analysis projects.
    T3) racking and monitoring the Sailpoint progress and related actions around each event, including revocations, outstanding certifications and the correlation process.
    4) Effectively managing and organizing the notifications and responses for Data Loss Protection exceptions and Post Dated Terminations and Transfer Processing.? Tracking and validating number of reviews done in SailPoint. Correlate ID’s and validate data fed into Sailpoint.
    5) Validating the Management Units (Cost Codes) for different Investment services.
    Risk Based Reviews to be done to check for duplicate ID reviews for Core and Significant applications. 6) Validating of Information Classification Inventory for each Line of Business.
    7) Validation of Information Classification Inventory for each LOB.
    8) Performing auditing of the employee’s accesses for different Information Risk Officer’s.
    9) Adherence to established internal controls by monitoring and maintaining accurately the records of Social Security Scans and the Termination processes.
