Responsibilities
  • • Working as a member of SABIC-HADEED Expansion Projects Core Team and controlling Engineering Project Documentation as a Senior of Documentation Team.
    • Supervising activities of Document Control personnel and monitors work with regard to compliance with processes and Hadeed Document Control procedures. Develop policies and procedures for maintaining Engineering Documentation.
    • Identifying and evaluating Documentation Section problems, suggesting solutions and recommending suitable corrective measures.
    • Ensuring effective administrative coordination between various Hadeed entities supporting projects.
    • Responsible to receive, sort, check, classify, distribute, comment and Quality Assurance of Drawings, Bill of Materials and Engineering Documentation and Soft copies as per Transmittal list and report Discrepancies and follow up discrepancies.
    • Ensuring assigned Contractor and Supplier Documentation deliverables meet contract requirements and perform quality check

  • • Successfully completed HADEED Long Products Expansion Projects, HADEED Flat Products Projects, HADEED Expansion Projects and HADEED Long Products Expansion Projects Documentation from Bid stage to As-Built/ Final stage.
    • Letter of Appreciation for all Projects are received from the Company.
    • Electronic File Transfer System and Drawings and Documents thru Courier Services are implemented during the projects execution.
    • All drawings for Review/ Approval/ For Construction/ For Execution and Final As-Built for Review maintained thru E-Mails and E-Mails are Archived.
