Applane is a tool for managing a company’s interactions with current and future customers. Its main aim is to communicate with customers online and coordinate sales. Some of the features of this tool are adding new entities/leads/relations, maintaining the record of leads (phone number, email id, website, and other contact details), entering current communication with the leads and assigning next task for the same, sharing requirement details with the related teams, creating orders and deliveries for the closed business, having a track of employee’s attendance and salary processing, providing the notification for all the tasks assigned for present day. It has various filters through which we can filter out the required information needed. Filters include country, communication date, activity date, task date, entity name, campaign, requirement, page rank, creation date, stage, closed date, lost reason etc.
