The pulse rate sensor, temperature sensor are placed on the patient. Pulse rate sensor and Temperature sensor senses the pulse rate and temperature of the patient and the Pressure sensor checks the pressure levels of the patient. These details will be constantly forwarded to the LCD display of the smart device and in case of emergency an alert will be send from device to registered person’s mobile phone ,nearby hospitals and an emergency vehicle service. The monthly report of the user health condition can be viewed by the web application.
