    Make code changes and test it in the development to understand the reason for the failure in LIVE.
    Suggest the required code changes to the engineer team to fix the issues.
    Have investigated and raised change orders to fix number of DB2 issue and job issue in LIVE.
    Have conducted incident review across the team to understand the incident impacting critical care and multiple impacting customers.
