  • Accountabilities as Managing Director
    • Managing a team of 20+ with full office management that all aspects technical and nontechnical from design to final print production.
    • Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations also executing and purchasing machinery and raw materials within the cost and time norms.
    • Guide and give technical training to all the team and marketing executives for well interacts with production team as well as Clients, also look forward and solve all technical and nontechnical problems.
    • Create and execute all type of designs and artworks. also correct all designs and artworks as per different media, printing press, and post-press operations before it going to print.
    • Planning production gives schedules to all team, and check delivery commitments. Maintain team duties. And Check the quality of print and correct designs and artworks, and calibrate all machines to get correct original product color without any variations.

    • Well known and working on Apple Mac and PC till updated versions all pre-press, press, and post-press applications from 1994 onwards. That all the very first conversion of pre-press workflow from manual to Digital in the offset print industry was done at Lasor Dot Ltd., in 1994
    • Expertise with all Designing and printing tools/applications moreover Adobe Creative Suite CS, in that very familiar in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coral Draw.
    • Start from career Operated Drum Scanners, Flatbed Scanners. Have much experience Digital Image editing, retouching, Complex Color correction, Color Management, Quality Control, and well-known MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Also, knowledge on this all applications Photoshop Elemints15, Adobe After Effects, Dreamweaver, Freehand, Quark Express and packaging applications Art-pro, ESKO-GRAPHICS and other workflow, imposition applications.
