  • As a Industrial Engineer my job is to work with the cross-functional teams in various operational areas to identify problem in that area and record it using IE tools like Time & Motion Study, Work study, sample study etc. then analyse them using excel and built a model with the possible solution to the problem and after discussion with the user department implement it in real world and study the pros and corns of the decision and if any change is required do that in a meaning full way, more over cost reduction, production scheduling and review, order management, stock management etc. are part of my job.

  • 1. Logistics improvement of Steel melting shop by 38%, 2. Dispatch improvement of Finished Goods of our plant by 20%, 3. Rolling mills productivity improvement by 15%, 4. Line Balancing of Oxygen Plant causing improve of productivity of SMS by 15 to 18%, 5. Review of High Value contract and reduced approx. 80 lakhs per annum, 6. Review of road safety policy causing lower road accidents.
