My self Mr. Amol Prakash Sonone, (M.Tech- Food Processing & Engineering),
I am very much interested to work in food processing sector, I have completed my B. Tech. in Food Science & Technology (2011) from Sau.Vasudhatai Deshmukh College of Food Technology, Amravati, Maharashtra with First Class.   • Production management and application of flavour , Daily production planning and update production record on server. Proper use of manpower for production and daily work. Taking trial on new product to fix the recopies. Quality control and sensory evaluation for final dispatch. Maintain production documentation as per Halal, HACCP requirement. Provide a technical support to sale department for vendor and customer development.
