Responsibilities
  • ? Managing & executing the work at site as per the approved drawings and as per Electrical Standards of construction projects.
    ? Organizing the electrical works day by day and completes the job, as per the drawings, at the earliest with maximum quality and minimum labors with limited materials.
    ? Coordinate with consultants for the approvals, technical clarification & explanations.
    ? Coordinate with suppliers for quotation for specializes jobs and also with Sub-contractors.
    ? Reviews contracts, specifications, drawings and all related to Electrical systems.
    ? Co-ordinate with Electrical Design Department for Analysis of Design & Material to be installed.
    ? Preparing the Take off of all kind material & quantity as per approved drawing.
    ? Prepare, review, approve & process electrical technical submittals for electrical aspects.
    ? Coordinate and supervise the work of all electrical activities, operations and installations at site for lighting, power, Fire alarm, Data, CCTV, paging and music, car management, Lightning protection, grounding, Co sensor and BMS systems.
    ? Installation of Cable Trays, Trunkings, L.V. Panels, MDB’s, FDB’s, EIB-KNX panel, DB’s, RMU, Transformer & generator.
    ? Attend weekly, monthly and other progress meetings held at the site. Review the contractor's progress. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures. Preparing weekly and monthly work reports.
    ? Handling the supervisors, foremen, Technicians & Sub-Contractors .
    ? Solve the all kind of problem at site on that time through technical way.
    ? End of the project Co-ordinate with Electrical Design Department for preparation of As-built drawings & preparation of quantities as per the work done on the site.
    ? Tacking Interview of electrician, foreman and supervisors
