About
Passed B.E. production in 1997 summer from C.O.E. Badnera having 61% in aggregate. After immediate of my graduation I had joined B.G. Shirke Pvt. Ltd. Pune based construction company in Aug-1997 as a site engineer for their Kirloskar Oil Engine's Ltd. expansion project at KAGAL (Kolhapur). Gradually securing experience of structural steel fabrication and erection in various MNCs, currently I am working with UHDE INDIA PVT. LTD. Mumbai as "Construction Manager STRUCTURAL".

Responsibilities
  • • To coordinate with contractor at the time of execution (fabrication / erection) with GFC drawing. If any problem arise at the time of execution, have been solved immediately at site with proper coordination of structural designer.
    • Most structural designs have been modified by giving prompt decisions to contractors at site by considering in view of cost cutting parameters and expedite the project work as possible.
Achievements
  • • Executed structural steel work of Technological Structures of PIPE RACKS – A, B, C at NHT-CCR area (Fabrication & Erection work). Also executed structural steel work of Compressor House – 1, 2 & 3 of apprx. 3600MT scope, including platforms, ladders, hand railing and gratings.
    • Significantly managed 7200 metric ton of structural steel work of BPCL Refinery, Mumbai within 30 months.
