Responsibilities
  • 1. Providing the retirement pension benefit by calculating the pension, and setting payment for the employees of the client and instructing the client to make the payment and informing the trust to release the check for the pension as per the PBGC norms.
    2. Creating reports for the client where the client send the Reduction in force (Lay off people) which is sent to us by the client and update the head count and provide the detail information regarding the payroll and benefit which must be forfeited and benefit which must be provided.
    3. Provide timely and accurate input of data to the system thus generating HR letters, statistics and HR Management Information.
    4. Following the order of the Court incase of QDRO (Divorce) QMCSO (Dependent) and make the necessary changes in the benefit of the employee as per the legal requirement.
    5. Providing the letter to the employee or notice and instruction or conformation letter if it is needs on changes made in the employee account as per the instruction by the employee, company or govt regulation.
    6. Working closely with the bank (trust) and provide the instruction for the payment related issue.
    7. Providing the detail report on weekly basis on the transaction done by us for the client on the employee workforce and outcome of it , providing TPH, AHT to the client used for billing purpose.
    8. Sending complete analysis if there is any changes in benefit if company merges or acquires any other company.
Achievements
  • Being well versed in my performance I earned gifts and prize money from my employer as well as our client. I was also delivering my knowledge as training to the new colleagues.
