Providing administrative and clerical support (mailing, scanning, copying, and filing). Prepare accounts sheet of Petty Cashbook in MS-Excel. Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system. Preparing and editing documents like letters, reports, excel sheets and emails. Helming the cash counter when necessary.
