    1. Presently working in Frigoglass India Pvt Ltd, Manesr (HR) as A. M. (Engineering department) since April 2012.
    Work description: Company is into manufacturing of commercial refrigerators. Here I am leading a team for
    development of new product (Display Refrigerators) using Pro E 5.0 from capacity 120 L to 1000 L in consensus with HO , by taking budget approvals for manpower, prototyping & tooling, RFQ approvals, formulate strategic plans to achieve project goals. Mfg. process & parts dev. (electrical/ mechanical & electronic) planning involving CFT, proto/ pilot lot trials before commercial production, getting development of new press tools/ molds/ forming jigs / fixtures & SPMs for new models from existing & new suppliers.
    Production support & Process Enhancement involving process improvements by using line balancing & lean six sigma, process capacity monitoring & enhancement, process layout, cost innovation (VA/VE): RCI & PCI reduct
Achievements
  • • Successfully launched new models HCM (tested & approved by Coka Cola India Pvt. Ltd under harsh conditions for 1 year), new refrigerant model FV-650 R744 etc. as per European / Indian test stds.
    • Successfully enhanced CNC capacity from 450 no’s to 550 per day by offloading to press shop. & saved approx. 2 Crore INR expense for a new CNC machine.
    • Successfully reduced process cycle time by 30% for new Refrigerant R744 model S-40 /S-50 by process & layout improvements, lean manufacturing & line balancing.
    • Successfully cleared audit of ISO: 9001 & ISO: 14001 by UL.
    • Became departmental in charge for gamba kaizen activities & UL audits.
    • Obtained certificate for internal auditor for ISO: 9001 & ISO: 14001 by UL.
