Aim of the Project : To retrieve the test point data by building a Datawarehouse and retrieving using query system
Problem solving Approach : Building an integrated Data warehouse and retrieving the details by using query system fast and effective way
Project Description:
For each aircraft there could be 5-10 test points to measure under different conditions and details were recorded using on board recorder and telemetry services manually and each aircraft had large number of data entries. Problem here was how to retrieve the particular flight test condition details fast and effective in order to save time in searching the details manually this was a major challenge in Aircraft industry.

Problem statement : Stress Analysis of Sidewall and Control bracket Assembly of Typical Light Transport Aircraft
Aim of the Project : To find out the different types of stress at different loads acting on it and simulate it using above software tools.
Problem Solving Approach : The Two control surfaces that are controlled by the pilot using control column are ailerons an elevator. The elevator is used for pitch control and aileron for roll control and pilots control forces are transferred to the control surfaces through cables and pulleys, control brackets etc.
In the present project, the brackets are mounted on a typical light transport aircraft and critical load cases are carried out and the analysis is done using FEA, Hyper mesh for Pre&Post processing and MSC Nastran for solving.
Project carried out at : National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), Bangalore
Software Tools used : Hypermesh for Pre and Post Processing, MSC Nastran for Solving
