Responsibilities
  • Intially I was asked to learn functions of the basic electronics equipments like resistors, capacitors, inductors, transformers etc and then components like Diac ,Triac ,SCR etc. After that I was asked to learn some test technique i.e how to test transistor, MOSFET, SCR etc. Then after gaining these knowledge I have to detect an error and to troubleshoot Dual ion Pump controller. It is used for generating high voltage.
Achievements
  • I have completed my project on time.The dedication that I have shown there is appreciated by all scientist under whom I worked.I got to know so much technical things that I was unaware about.

Temperature control with PLC
May-2016 to Jun-2016
My Project was to learn PLC and observe some of its applications in Industry. Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level etc all can be controlled By PLC. Mine was to control Temperature i.e. ON-OFF control action. When the room temperature falls below 5 the heater should activate and remain ON until the temperature reaches up to 20.
