  • Management of overall Business Processs function including customer centricity, competitor analysis, sourcing, managing and provide the best service to the customers.  Investing of Missing Cheques, Checking the KYC details of all customers. Develop strong relationship with key technical and commercial officers in Banking Sector. Follow up with clients on regular basis and update Management on status of identified growth opportunities. Track and record activity on key accounts. Process the day to day banking works for the customers like instant funds transfer, Pre-Authorized Funds Transfer, Change Account Plan etc. Process the requests receiving from easyweb or easyline. Prepare the detailed letter for the specific operation like Account opening, Investments, and other benefits which is provide to the specific people. Process the requests when we receive the detailed documents after validating and KYC of the Customers.
