    • Prepare Tender Documents based on FIDIC from both commercial and legal perspective with attentiveness for favour of client.
    • Float tender Document to shortlisted tenderers and receive priced tender and other submittal as stipulated in the tender document and shortlist valid tender.
    • Prepare and review pre-tender estimate with rate analysis for each items according to specification thereof.
    • Evaluate shortlisted tenders, negotiation with the tenderers and finalization of contractors. Issue LOI and follow up with the contractor for mobilization and submission of securities.
    • Prepare & Issue Work order as per final mutually agreed terms with the contractor pertaining to each contract, Closure of Contract after the end of Defects Liability Period.
Achievements
  • Handed over Raisina Residency project which was a prestigious project of Tata Housing. Another project named Primanti, its ph-1 is ready for handover while ph-2 is under construction.
