  • • Supervise all production operations to ensure compliance with proper quality and production standards.
    • Preparing detailed report regarding day to day activities & targets to be completed as per projects. And according to the targets managing labour force.
    • Preparing program for CNC Turret Punching Machine in Metalix CAD/CAM software as per drawing given by the clients.
    • Performing inspection of products at each stage and after its completion preparing a Final Inspection Report.
    • Preparing schedules for cutting on shearing and press machines.
    • Consulting regularly with customer, vendors, suppliers on project status.
    • Responsible for making new improvement in production.
    • And managing all other activities of workshop
