  • Managing the portfolio of Bucket X to All and ARD of multiple clients of India(Banks & NBFCs)
    Manages Field Debt Collections & Recoveries for the DL,HR,UP,PB,RAJ,MP of CAR ,CARD,CE,CV,PL, Tractor, HL, LAP,Mortgage, High Ticket Business & Corporate Loans,Gold Loan with a team of 8 Territory Managers ,16 collection Managers and 120+FOS On Debt Collections Team.
    Manages internal Call Centres, tele-collection operations across UP,HR,DL ,PB,RAJ,MP for the North, with a team of 60 people, comprising of Tele callers, Supervisors & Backend Operations.
    Responsible for formulation of Debt Collections & Recoveries Strategy for improved performance indicators for the company.
    Manages Special Tools, Pilot Projects & new initiatives to generate income & reduce overall cost for the function.
    Responsible for implementation/adherence of Customer Service principle & guidelines for offering services to customer, along with RBI complaints handling.

  • All time high Collection in (Mar 2014) Skip tracing pool 1cr and PI collected 15% Overall which is all time high.
    We broke all Collection Records in the History of BAFL in March 2012 financial closing .we achieved 132% of the given target.
    We have Collected 30 Laces in PI in March 12 FY Closing.
    We Have Done 2000 Repossession in March 2011 financial closing.
    Settle High POS @ 80 cr. Chronic/RTP cases with 10 lacs other charges in FEB 15.
