Product Life Cycle Management
Student at ICBMSBE-I C B M School of Business Excellence
Jan-2014 to Mar-2014
It was a research based Internship. My responsibility was to study the market conditions of various products manufactured by the organization such as Cement, Rayon, Chemicals, Tiers and Spun Pipes. Roles & Responsibilities
• To understand the PLC management in Kesoram cement industry
• To know the time period of the product to reach various stages like introduction, growth, maturity & decline
• To understand the marketing condition of introducing a new product in the external market
• To appraise the performance of various products

Conclusion
• The results of my market study concluded that the secondary products of the company are in decline stage but cement, which is their primary product, is in maturity phase. The company has to improve its quality & other production maintenance to make its place stronger in other areas of interest as well. As the transition of products from maturity phase to decline phase is much faster than any other stage so it was suggested to keep
