The project is a prototype of an advanced pick-n-place robot. It is incorporated with speech, object and gesture recognition systems. The robot recognizes the objects specified by speech commands and is navigated by hand gestures. This kind of robot can be used in surgical fields, where humans are more prone to errors. It can also be used in research fields as a personal assistant.
