I have done B.Tech with honours in Electronics and Instrumentation Branch from Sharda Group. I have done 1 Month Summer Internship Practical Exposure from BHEL Haridwar. I have worked on a project ' Electromyogram' in 8th Semester which measure the bio-electric potentials generated by our muscles. Then I have joined Respo Group and Currently working with this Group as Coordinator in Service Department with total experience of 2 year and 5 months in Gas detection.

  • Provide after Sales and Service support to customer.
    Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with current customers to generate new Service business.
    Provide Quotations and Technocommercial offer to potential customer like Oil & Gas Industry, Steel Industry, Pharma Industry, Construction etc.
    Check the receipt of Quotation and further follow up to convert it into Work Order.
    Maintain the Quotation, Enquiry Report and correspondence File.
    Database Management and Price Analysis.
    Arrange Service Engineers to attend Demo, Training, Installation, Calibration, Evaluation and Site visit as per Sales and Service Orders.
    To attend Technical calls and offer customer support though Phone and Emails.
    Follow up with customers for Work Order, Payment, Work Completion Certificate, Feedback and Appreciation Certificate.
    Handling of warranty claim cases with Customer and OEM.
    Conduct biannual inventory and regular inspection of all technical equipments.
