    * Assessment of credit worthiness of the self- employed customers.
    * Business visit with customers and doing personal discussion. Suggesting optimal solution to customer's needs.
    * Assessing overall Credit Eligibility of customer & recommended the case to higher authority.
    * Planning and execution of ways to source new and incremental business.
