  • I was working as a reliver.My work there is handling the manpower.And put setting in CNC machine and problem correction.leading the team towards achive production target with quality required by the customer.

  • 1. The Gaizen that was given by me “By simplifying two operation as a single operation” cycle time reduced and production increased
    2. For ID rough turning operation “Instead of using id bar we used drill bar to remove material “.By creating this changes we reduced cycle time and increased material removal rate.
    • I have received the BEST GAIZEN AWARD for these two gaizens.
