Responsibilities
  • I was appointed as connection managers for Australian telecom company named Telstra where we get the customers connected to NBN , we need to coordinate with customer and Technician for various appointments and if there are any issue while connecting them to NBN we do basic checks and tests and try to troubleshoot the issues and raise related tickets
Achievements
  • I am a quick learner which helped me to find critical factors which were affecting the customers connection and thus i was appointed to verify the critical issues of all the appointments before sending any technician also i use to share my ideas with others to resolve the issues . I was also selected as one of the 3 candidates who handled UTC calls with clients and developer to discuss the issues and required changes in the automation of the Telstra systems , we used to share our ideas on the factors where we mostly faced issues and the part of the system checks which could be automated to reduce the human interaction
