  • 1. Understanding the case creation types and triggering business rules
    2. Analyzing the business use cases, requirements, change requests
    3. Identifying test scenarios and designing test cases and automated test scripts
    4. Test Execution(Functional, GUI, Regression, etc.), Bugs reporting and documentation
    5. Leading the team and supporting them in all ways possible and sharing my work experience
    in a positive note so that team gets beneficial.
    6. Handling the Defect Triage calls with Development team and attending Scrum calls
    7. Preparing Delivery Dashboard(DD) and sharing with PMO Team
    8. Preparing and sharing Quality Board Report (QBR) with the Onshore SME’s.
    9. Discussion on business requirements and critical business functionalities with BA team
    10. Delivering KT sessions and actively participating in KM trainings in the project
    11. Defect Retrospection and identifying defect prone areas in the application.
