• The aim of the work is to produce nano composites with various nanoclay contents and to investigate their mechanical, tribological properties and their machinability studies. To study the Surface roughness, tool wear, and surface topography in CNC end milling of Al7075 aluminum alloy.
• To investigate the process feasibility and resulting material properties such as young’s modulus, density, hardness & bending and flexural strength. Apart from these hardness, wear test are also carried out along with Micro-structural analysis.
