  • • Daily Roll down vehicles electrical Quality Inspection, Analysis and Resolving at CAI.(Use of various vehicle diagnostic tools to detect failure mode)
    • Expertise in Root Cause Analysis of internal production line failures, and Field failures.
    • Use of quality tools like Why Why Analysis, Fish bone diagram, L0 Analysis, L1 analysis for concern analysis with QC story resolution approach.
    • Involve and participated in Supplier corrective action plan with SQA.
    • Conducting Internal audits such as E.S.Test, 1D, QA, etc.
    • Involve associates, give them DRF, OPL for the defect generated from process by not following the SOS.
    • Interacting with SCM for packaging related concern resolution.
    • Daily RFI concern trend monitoring and resolving them.
