Dipbath Automation

The project was undertaken due to a problem which was spillage of gelatin/homc solution from the Dipbath where the capsules were dipped. Brainstorming gave us an exact idea about the actual problem which was a jerk or the push/pull by the operator inorder to change the Dipbath filled with gelatin solution. So i designed a power automated system which includes a power conveyor roller which would have clockwise as well as anti clockwise rotation coupled with 2 other rollers mounted with stripped belt for friction between the Dipbath and roller , my analysis came up with servo motor with a controlled rotation needed with sufficient torque required for in and out movement of the Dipbath without intervention of operators. The project was a success. This was a cost effective and efficient way to solve this problem reported ,that I had to solve in a very short period of time . The automation was a prototype designed and tested by me with the help of several other departments .
