Atria IEC Standard Turbine Analysis

• Working with O&M team to use and understand the basic requirement for creating a new API interface. • For creating a Python web framework used Flask where different routes has been created. • For retrieving the data and provide the predictions Python Libraries has been used like numpy, pandas, pytz, datetime for generating the current timestamp. • Created a range of time for a particular turbine that has been under performed so that it can easily detect the span of time for the under perform turbine. • Used editor like Jupyter for displaying the matplot graph to track the Actual power and Expected Power and differences between them. • For visualisation purposes used Sementic UI for displaying a different norms of IEC standard dataframes.

• Working with vendor to use and understand the basic requirement for creating a new API interface. • For creating a Python web framework used Flask where different routes has been declared. • For generating a token after successfull login used Json Web Token. Token need to be pass alongwith the URL for accessing the data. It helps to track the data retrieve by an user and immediately shut down the sites in case of any hacking activity. • Simple Linear Regression algorithm is used for training a set of data and predicts the future operation of an equipment which helps our organisation to reduce the cost. • Scikit Learn library has been used for splitting the dataset into the Training set and Test set. • LinearRegression method is used for fitting the training set so that the machine can predict the future analysis.

• Create a set of python code using libraries like numpy, pandas, schedule, termcolor, argparse, etc for collecting data from different IOT devices and Databases. • Paho MQTT client library has used to integrate MQTT message broker with Python code for accessing the data using subscribe topic. • Manipulate the data and filter into a proper format by using Pandas DataFrame for storing it into Influxdb for future accessing the data. • Pandas correlation method has been used for predictive analysis within each devices. • Introduce Python time scheduler for servicing data after a span of time for checking the operation of each and every devices so that it can easily identify the fault appearance and reduce the work pressure of O&M team.

• Created a dashboard Using Python code for inventory analysis which is used by an admin of paytm to track the number of bookings done by an user through paytm. • Python Flask is used for creating a router and also to develop a web Framework platform. • For styling purposes used a Bootstrap and font-awesome icons. • ExpressJs framework is used to ease the coding process and is best suited with NodeJs for code manipulation. • Python popular libraries like datetime for calculating the current time, timezone to define the current geo location has been used for storing the data. It will ease to do the analysis in future retrieval of data. • Send mail and messages has been integrated using python scheduler. These can be useful for the customers for proper payment confirmation.
