It facilitates users to create and keep a tab on daily schedules to follow-up on these leads, updating details of the meetings, communicating with managers with messaging. Key features include creating leads, scheduling/rescheduling calls, reporting the calls, viewing current status of the leads. Managers and administrators could monitor these sales users using various reports on the web. Additionally timely alerts on updates, e-mail, SMS and broadcast facility were provided.
