Responsibilities
  • • Manage professional staff responsible for design and project cons.
    • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
    • Ensure Project Operations are undertaken in full compliance with HSE and QA/QC Policy.
    • Implement policies, guidelines and strategies laid down to achieve the objectives at all projects.
    • Coordinate with and assist the project teams to ensure all project parameters related to Safety, Quality, Progress and Procurement are properly tracked and maintained on schedule.
    • Ensure that the duties and responsibilities assigned to subordinates are discharged.
    • Nominate project leaders, prepare project budgets, monitor its compliance and achieve targets.
    • Ensure timely provision of required resources for the units including recruitment and demobilization of manpower as required.
    • Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
