Reporting to Chief Manager (Group Head of Assembly dispatch related QA/QC activities) and through him to the AGM of Q.A.department about daily inspection and Q.A. related activities and decision making.
    •In absence of group head, planning & assigning inspection activities in assembly & dispatch section to colleagues and sub-ordinates with proper consent of Q.A.HOD.
    •Preparing Quality assurance plans of components as well as assemblies and customer QAP’s.
    •Handling all Stage wise & final inspection activities of the 6-hi mill, process line components and assemblies in self workshop as per drawing & assembly test charts/control sheets as per the inspection offers generated by production department.
    Carrying out third party inspection activities and handling the customers and maintaining necessary documentation for the same.
उपलब्धियां
  • • Traveled across various parts of India such as Pune, Kolhapur, Anand, Delhi and abroad to places like China, South Korea for inspection of Critical Machined components, assemblies such as 6-Hi mill housings,
    Back up roll chocks, ETR/DTR Drums and other 6-Hi Mill & Process lines components and bought-out items
    and carried out the responsibilities successfully.
