  • Key Responsibility :

    1. Calculation of rewards point on each $ spend based on different rewards programs.
    2. Working closely with US MM Marketing team and provide them reporting to overhaul.
    3. Driving a differentiated Rewards Strategy and one of key focus area is Membership Rewards.
    4. Evaluating data availability and assess the needs of the various marketing promotion and partner with marketing team to determine a set of key reporting dashboards that can be used to measure performance across markets and segments.
    5. I am interacting with key contacts throughout the business travel organization for business improvement.
    6. Streamlining of reports/dashboards /processes, reduce effort hours etc.
    7. Coordinating with Clients /CGM's to determine their reporting requirements for new projects and development of the same.
