Side Arm Charger (SAC) Place The Wagon On Tippler Cradle And Clamp Hold The Wagon From Top As Well As From Side By Using Clamping Devices Provided On It. Apart From That Track Stops, Wheel Grippers And Different Type Of Limit Switches Are Provided As Features Of Wagon Tippler. The Tippler Empties Wagons Above Rail Level And Inverts Them Through A Maximum Angle Of 160 Degrees To Discharge The Material Into The Hopper. This Operation Is Done By Hydraulic Driven Motor. All This Activity Is Monitor And Controlled By ML200R Honeywell PLC And Experion PKS.

The idea behind the project is to perform three sequence of operation (Drying, Granulation and Particle coating) in single system with additional feature of Cleaning In Place (CIP). All this operation controlled and monitored by Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 controller and FactoryTalk View SCADA.
