  • Preparation of the department budget.

    To strive that the operational budget is in line and costs are strictly controlled to maximize profitability, through integrated cost management plans, and focusing on minimal inventories, timely procurement and delivery on demand where possible.

    • Prepare forecasts

    • Prepare P&L statements as required.


    • To ensure that all outlets and banquet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements.

    • Interacts with regular guests on daily basis and interacts with key banquet clients at various stages.

    • Work with marketing communications director to promote marketing of Food & Beverage of the hotel.

    • Identifies Market needs, trends and opportunities and recommends future action.

    • To assist in any inventory / stock taking as / when required for the department.

    • To be responsible that effective administration systems are set up and maintained.
