Motivate and drive for Kaizen/Gemba ideas/CDP Contacts 11. Skill level initiatives, co-ordinate with Ops/HRBP and plan for Skip Level Meetings for the agents 12. Performance management - guide and help them in their growth 13. Data Analysis – Any Adhoc requests by the managers/OPs
