can we reduce the people who are begging before temples, trains and on the roads

so i mean to say that has we know many people are begging because to live their livelihood. as old peoples, handicapped peoples have oldage homes and other facilities made by the government. but even the people are begging. can we send those people to a well placed homes

  • Like the birds migrate in spring to other regions to take the advantage of abundant insect population ,budding plants and some other food sources .The same way people who cant survive at their natives are migrating to cities .unlike the birds no one arranges a nest for them that is a shelter .So the migrated poor should search for a shelter then they have to search for a work .so because of poor planing they fell into troubles that makes their life harder forces them to beg .In some situations they are unable satisfy their hunger so they are addicted to some sort of drugs which are available at low cost inorder to resist the hunger such people are easily manipulated and are organised to beg .So the solution to root out the problem may be by controlling the migration.Govt should maintain a work status of every citizen (even the poor beggars are citizens of india) should build shelter for the poor like in the old days and like some developed countries like america.By providing subsidized food,..proper counseling through some NGO's .
    teaching them skil so that they can be self reliable in their life.
      The serious problem here is children are the driving force this problem they are the sympathy carriers so the children involved in this bussines should be cought and they should be moved to govt hostels and offer education .
       Family planing awareness should taken to the rural areas more effectively..i think

              To stop the migrations govt should take some initiatives to make their natives ie..rural areas a better place to live .Because as Gandhi said the true idealism of indian civilization and values lie with the villages..
