  • Be early. Showing up early to an interview shows initiative and dedication. ... Be accurate. ... Be honest about negative work experiences. ... Ask questions about the company. ... Follow up with a thank you letter.

  • It is not a big issue, you have to do one simple thing, you should start the mirror talk again and again.

  • I guess that either you have a problem in being fluent, or perhaps you were too nervous. While the problem of fluency can be sorted by reading more articles in the concerned language and practicing before the mirror, there's no cure for nervousness. Every single man/woman is nervous at some point of his/her life, and it is not something that is completely avoidable. But once you get into your groove, you'll notice that your nervousness would vanish. So just go with the flow, and try to avoid any negative thoughts that might make you apprehensive. Instead, think more of how you'll deal when the opportunity arrives.

  • when you are speaking , you have to maintain eye contact and don't feel tense feel free and answer him what you are actually want to express and make sure that your voice should be gentle and grabs his attention and your pronounciations are clear...

  • Bey being honest

  • Practice, Preparation, Appearance, Patience & Repeat [ A solution not for HR interview instead for All ]

    Thanks for A2A.

  • If you are finding confidence, i suggest you to find it in yourself. Just believe in yourself that whatever you are saying is the only correct thing in world and be confident on whatever you said even it is wrong. One of the important thing is your english part. If your english is good, your believeing in yourself get automatically increased. Last but not least and one of the most important thing is that, dont think that they will hire you or not. if you will think about these where you are there you will never become confident. Just give them answer(whatever you want or have) of the que and be confident on that answer that yes if i am telling you then it is correct from my side or from my point of view. Thank you

  • To be confident firstly u should go to the interview place before it's actual timing and drink some water before facing the interview and answer the questions just the way u answer to ur teachers or assuming him as a human being only coz sometimes u got afraid of him coz he is going to hire u n keeps the fear in ur mind that's it

  • Let go of your inhibitions, that way you will face less self-conscious and more at ease! Loosen up, remember you have nothing to lose, believe in that. If you don't, you'll hold back and stutter when you aren't sure of what to answer. Best help would be to look up for the standard interview questions. That'd help you in how to answer without losing out on authenticity. Remember, HR knows! :)

  • The thing is no matter what you say it may be right or wrong what they really check is your gravity while communicating. Next time onwards don't fear and think the HR is just a friend of you so that you can be ease and the flow will do the rest of the work, just don't stress yourself more, sometimes HR tries to repeat the same question to cross-check whether you stickup with your opinion or you fluctuate. So you know the answer or not doesn't even bother them the way you deliver it, the way you smile that will boost your confidence.

  • Stay positive & confident in an interview, we need to be well prepared...Give respect & importance to all panel members...make the eye contact with the HR when u giving some answars in front of HR..Answar must not be very long...show in fromt of HR "I can do it attitude"..Get prepared for the very general and expected questions in advance. and while giving the answers pretend you are thinking deep to answer them.

  • The only way to be confident in front of ANYONE:  Practice.
To stay positive and confident in an interview you need to be well prepared. Being nervous during the interview is very common. However, some basic rules can be applied to be less nervous and be confident during the interview.
    1. Be Confident: Make the eye contact with the interviewers when you enter the room and say ‘Hello’, to get connected with interviewers.
    2. Give respect & importance to all panel members even if some of them are silent. Remember that all panel members give their rating. Sometimes, the most silent or unimpressive person in a panel is the most important person.
    3. Show 'I can DO it ' attitude: You should not say things like ‘I am not sure’/ ‘I will try’ as these indicate that you are not likely to take responsibility for your on-the-job performance.
    4. Prepare in advance: Get prepared for the very general and expected questions in advance. and while giving the answers pretend you are thinking deep to answer them.
    5. Time limit: Your answer must not be very long. If it takes more then 30 sec, it makes interviewers less interested. Also, don't make them very personal or emotional.
    6. Know three mistakes you have made:  I mean it, think of THREE big ones. Memorize them.  Be prepared to talk about them. Talk about how they made you grow.  Companies know you've made them.

Please note that employment is almost like a marriage. It is intended to be for the long term.
If you start talking about divorce (=leaving) for whatever reasons even before getting married, then the interviewer would not feel comfortable with your selection.
Your answer to this question could be on these lines: “As I see it, I should be a team leader in 2–3 years handling larger projects, and maybe a manager leading a larger team in 5–6 years.”. Say whatever is reasonably logical.
